Evelyn Kadala Wilkner died unexpectedly at University Hospital on November 30, 2016 in Tamarac, Florida at the age of 72. Evelyn is survived by her husband Robert Wilkner, son Larry Wilkner, daughter-in-law Rebecca Wilkner of Broward County, FL, her brother Philip Kadala and sister-in-law Dorothy Kadala of Wilmington, North Carolina, and granddaughter Arya Madra of California, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was born May 12, 1944 in Santurce, Puerto Rico to the late Stanley G. Kadala and the late Luz Amador Kadala. She graduated from Stranahan High School, Broward Junior College and Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Education. She married her high school sweetheart in 1964 and resided in Broward County until her death. -
