What have you been up to since you graduated?

I moved from Fort Lauderdale to Savannah, Georgia in 1978. I spent most of my working life being a secretary at Armstrong Atlantic State University. Before I retired in 2000, I was secretary to the President at the university. After my first husband of 20 years, John Golden, died suddenly in 1997, I continued to live in Richmond Hill hoping to move back to Fort Lauderdale when I retired. But, I married Jack Harrison in 2000 and as all his family lives in our area, it doesn't look like I will be moving back to Fort Lauderdale. I have 4 step-children, lots or grandchildren and great-grands. Update: My second husband, Jack Harrison, passed away January 6, 2015. We had 15 wonderful years!

I enjoyed my friends, cruising the beach, Jerry's Drive-IN, Wolfies. Those were wonderful carefree days. None of us realized how complicated life could get after high school.

MARCIA, I came across this old photo taken in 4th grade in Ft. lauderdale. Is this you? The boy on the end is Billy Gillespie and I am on the far back. I forgot who that mean old teacher is? I think it was taken at East Side Elementary School.?? The names of Billy and you were on the back of the photo...but I could hardly read the last names.
